Galaxy mega 6.3- or 5.8-inch screen According to Engadget, the 5.8-inch display will have a resolution of 960 x 540 with the 6.3-inch screen sporting a 1280 x 720 resolution. Both Mega handsets will include an 8-megapixel camera on the rear with a 1.9-megapixel camera up front. The 6.3-inch Galaxy Mega is paired with a 1.7GHz dual-core processor and 8 or 16GB of on-board storage, while the smaller version will come with a 1.4GHz dual-core processor and 8GB of internal memory. Both also support microSD cards up to 64GB and are equipped with 1.5GB of RAM.
